Issuing Green, Social and Sustainable Bonds Based on the market best practice standards reflected in the International Capital Market Association (ICMA)'s Green Bond Principles (GBP), Social Bond Principles (SBP) and the Sustainability Bond Guidelines (SBG), the following four core components form the basis for Sustainable Bond issuances in our Sustainable Finance Framework: USE OF PROCEEDS The net proceeds of any Green or Social Bond issuance will be used to fund or refinance, in whole or in part, eligible environmental and/or social projects that exclusively fall under the eligible categories listed in the framework. FAB has defined the eligible categories broadly in accordance with ICMA and the Climate Bonds Initiative, and is in alignment with FAB's Net Zero Strategy. and Sustainable Finance Committee (ESG-SFC) to ensure alignment with the Framework. The committee is responsible for reviewing all new proposed use of proceeds of each Green/Social Bond issuance and endorses green/social projects, as appropriate, in accordance with the standards and processes set out in our Framework. MANAGEMENT OF PROCEEDS The net proceeds of FAB's Green/Social Bond issuances are maintained in a dedicated portfolio and are ring-fenced to be used for eligible Green/Social projects. Unallocated proceeds from Green/Social Bond issuances will be temporarily invested elsewhere as per the liquidity management guidelines of the Framework. REPORTING FAB adopts ICMA's Harmonized Framework for Impact Reporting and annually reports both the use of Green/Social Bond proceeds as well as the expected environmental and/or social impacts, when available, for projects financed. We will continue the reporting process until full allocation or maturity of any bonds issued under this Framework.
