He also sits on the Boards of Acolin and Zenitech – where he supported the acquisition of AutSoft – and was a Board member of Alveo, which we successfully exited in January. Peter joined Sovereign from Fenchurch Advisory Partners. Tom Wilding has been promoted to Investment Manager. Tom supports investment activities with a compliance, cybersecurity, data analytics and consultancy focus in the UK and European markets, with examples including Zenitech and Data Intellect (formerly AquaQ Analytics). Tom joined Sovereign in 2019 from La Fosse Associates.
