Share issue authorisation The annual general meeting resolved, in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, to authorise the Board of Directors, within the scope of the Articles of Association, with or without deviation from the shareholders’ preferential right, on one or several occasions during the period until the next annual general meeting, resolve on issues of new shares, warrants and/or convertibles in the company. The total number of shares issued in accordance with this authorisation may be equivalent to a maximum of 10 percent of the number of shares in the company at the time of the notice of the annual general meeting. Resolution on amendment of the Articles of Association The annual general meeting resolved, in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, to change § 1 in the company’s Articles of Association whereby the company’s company name was changed to Biokraft International AB.
