The region is forecast to represent 20 per cent of sales by the end of the year. Adamantem founder Rob Koczkar told The Australian Financial Review in March that Hygain was “very close” to the end of its “transformation”. That evolution has also seen Hygain transitioned to a new group chief executive, Kevin Bareira, and a rooftop solar system installed at its Victorian manufacturing and processing facility in 2022. Houlihan Lokey, McKinsey & Company, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and KPMG have been appointed to run the process.
