Before joining Xenfin Capital, Lindsay worked at Amana Capital’s subsidiary in the UK, where she worked for more than five years as the Director and Head of Compliance. Lindsay also has extensive industry experience, having worked in the space for over three decades, making him a compliance veteran. He has worked with some of the largest financial institutions globally, such as Goldman Sachs. He has also previously worked with the UK financial market regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Before joining Amana, Lindsay served as the Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) at GKFX, ADS Securities London, and Tradenext Limited, giving him extensive experience in the financial industry. Lindsay previously served as the Deputy Compliance Officer & MLRO at Alpari UK Limited, where he worked between 2009 and 2011. He has also previously served as an Associate at the Private Wealth Management unit at Goldman Sachs. While working at the FCA, Lindsay served with the Transaction Monitoring Unit between 2001 and 2004. At the time, the regulatory body was referred to as the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
